The book is a kind of retrospective of 5 years of photography by Douglas Tonkin. Doug tragically past away age 21. 10 years later a group of his friends and old art school classmates put this book together to showcase a career cut short. We made it in one way as testament to our friend and in another as a narrative showing the classic young photographers explorations - Social documentary, self portraits, family, still life, long exposures!
