IMPUBBLICABILE! (UNPUBLISHABLE) is a raw and evocative photographic journey by Marco Criante and Francesco Torresi, exploring the underground music scene of Marche and the social context that surrounds it. Born in 2017, the project documents, with a diaristic style, the creative energy of bands and artists who fuel an alternative cultural circuit, far from the commercial dynamics of big cities.
In this setting, both national and international artists find refuge in clubs, cultural circles, and festivals scattered between the coasts and mountains, where independent music becomes an act of rebellion against provincial stagnation. Through powerful imagery, IMPUBBLICABILE! captures the vitality of a community that challenges inertia, transforming art and sound into acts of resistance and self-expression.
It is a visceral tribute to independent music and those who make it possible, encapsulating the authentic essence of a reality too intense for the mainstream.
