Description

The London Colour Walk is a gathering of colourful people (clothes, hair, accessories) who meet once a month in Old Spitalfields Market in London. Like many other photographers I had been joining them every month for almost a year and began to wonder how they ended up doing this. What were their backgrounds? Art? Fashion? Finance? The results were fascinating. The book took six months to compile, involving 54 photoshoots and 54 stories to edit. Their words tell a lot, and hopefully the photos reveal even more about these wonderful characters. The book also includes 8 pages of Moments from the various Colour Walks. And just to note, they don't actually walk anywhere. It's just an afternoon of like minded people enjoying each others' outfits and conversation.
