An account of the resource
'LFF 20/21’, was documented during the 2020 and 2021 football season. After the coronavirus pandemic disrupted the Premier League 2019 and 2020, the new season began with the stadium doors closed once again. The project captures 27 London Football fans and 11 stadiums from the 11 clubs in the City of London that have been part of the old First Division or Premier League (Arsenal FC, Brentford FC, Chelsea FC, Charlton Athletic FC, Crystal Palace FC, Fulham FC, Leyton Orient FC, Millwall FC, Queens Park Rangers FC, Tottenham Hotspur FC & West Ham United FC).
The project has been shot on film to invoke feelings of nostalgia from a bygone era and it is my belief that film is the only medium that can truly capture the raw passion of the 12th Man, the crowd. The spirit of Football lies in the fact that it is for everyone.
