Description
In the spring and summer of 2020 cracks of light was shot solely in Hackney Bumps Skate Park in East London whilst it was being repaired and refurbished by a group of local skaters.
At a time when places for people to gather were mainly shut and at a time that held a lot of anxiety and uncertainty for many, the care and repair that was put into refurbishing the space created a sanctuary of positivity and togetherness. The pictures try to portray the energy of this space and people at this unique time.
