Description
David Morrison launches Communion, an archival investigation into Irish identity through the lens of the First Holy Communion rite of passage. Moving from conservative roots to the Celtic Tiger's peak greed and a globalised future, the project uses interviews and imagery to map a culture in flux. The launch event features short readings by contributors Kathryn O’Regan and Rolly Kelly. Funded by the Arts Council Ireland.
