A Chennai food and beverage photo-book with a magazine style approach. We're planning on 5-10 issues in the series. Includes cafés, institutions, thallu vandis; தள்ளு வண்டி (push carts) and all our favourite people who work at & run these places. Although the subject is 'food', the book centers around the people who keep these places running. Made mostly with film, with few artist/writing features. It’s a love letter to our city in photo-book form. This book has a lot of tip-in work that’s done after printing and binding, offering what I believe is a tactile, journal-like feel.
