Inspired by Hunter S. Thompson's ”gonzo journalism”, Japanese photographers and the lomographic movement, I started to document the city I live in using toy cameras, pinholes and low cost cameras. In order to convey my emotions and preserve my memories, I embrace visual imperfection, the soft focus, film grain, and d.i.y. attitude. I call this ”lomojournalism”.
