Berlin' is a collaborative portrait of the city through photography and music. For four years, artist and musician Chris Butler and photographer Will Grundy travelled regularly between Berlin and the UK as part of art and music collective ‘We Are Willow’.
Their encounters in the vibrant German city and the new relationships they formed there inspired an album featuring a range of musicians, a book of photography and exhibition at The Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester.
As well as a Photobook, song lyrics, 2 essays responding to the project and 9 track album on CD are included.
