<text>Lines of Sight explores the connection to site-specific stories and location through the fashioned body. The project follows five leylines that I mapped out in North Yorkshire. As the leyline, by definition, connects sacred spaces such as stone circles, round barrows, monoliths and religious sites on a straight path – these locations become rich in oral histories and mythologies. This project attempts to tell each of these stories in a fashion context and combines both fashion imagery and landscape photography of each location.

But it’s still there, that old world. Beneath our own, like a first coat of paint. Glinting through chips and scratches.

A dragon’s tail where the TV bumped the wall. Constellations in curtains and hand-blown glass. Ancient actors’ footprints in the dust of vacant stages. Echoes of old in the cracks of the new.

Lingermyth is a collection of those echoes. It depicts a world removed from our own, a world glimpsed in reflections and walls, in old paint and houseplants and long shadows on the ground.

Lingermyth is the product of hundreds of walks and thousands of photographs taken across Cornwall and Devon, U.K., and Costa Blanca, Spain. It was created over the 2021-2022 academic year as a final degree project for Marine & Natural History Photography BA at Falmouth University.</text>

<text>Linha do Mar explores the rituals of belonging, power and submission within Praxe, Portugal’s student initiation tradition.

In December 2013, six students died on Meco Beach. The tragedy may have been connected to Praxe — an ordeal for students holding senior positions within its hierarchy, in which ritual becomes a form of discipline, and discipline the language of belonging.

In accounts of a ritual known as “Linha do Mar”, students stand blindfolded with their backs to the ocean. For each wrong answer, they take a step backwards — closer to the water. The ritual symbolizes purification through fear and a passage from darkness into light. Ignorance must be left behind in the ocean. The ritual is said to draw inspiration from Fernando Pessoa’s The Hour of the Devil.

Through photographs, a newspaper-style insert and QR-linked field recordings, the book explores the relationship between individual vulnerability and collective identity.</text>

<text>Live at Wembley 21 is a collection of photos taken at both the semi-finals and final of the Euros at Wembley. This zine shows the contradiction between the empty stadiums of the photobook LFF 20/21 to one of the biggest events that can happen in the world of football, a semifinal and final of a Euro, all in the same city of London. It is interesting to see the contrast between the early empty and silent stadiums to the later occupied ones, which once again buzz with anticipation. Wembley was the first large-scale event after the pandemic and I wanted to document the explosion of emotions.

The project has been shot on film to invoke feelings of nostalgia from a bygone era and it is my belief that film is the only medium that can truly capture the raw passion of the 12th Man, the crowd. The spirit of Football lies in the fact that it is for everyone. </text>

<text>"Lois & Carey" is a photographic series that explores the intimate,
intergenerational relationship between Lois and Carey, a daughter and her
mother, both Jewish artists living in London.
Set entirely within the walls of their home, the project is a nuanced portrait of
familial closeness, personal expression, and the unspoken tensions that shape
lifelong bonds. In capturing the microcosm of one family, it speaks to broader
truths about womanhood, queerness, aging, and the quiet revolutions
that happen within the home.
At its core, the work is about the complex dance between mothers and
daughters - how identity is inherited, resisted, and reinvented.
The tension between queerness and family legacy is treated not as conflict, but
as coexistence - messy, honest, and real.
