I had picked up a foot injury, which made street photography almost impossible. I still wanted to take pictures. I had the idea of hopping on the bus and pointing my camera out the window. I didn’t have to walk and I had a fleeting yet fabulous view of the City. The 42 bus route passes through one of the busiest bus corridors in Europe. The mile stretch along Oxford Road has a timetabled bus of every 30 seconds .. in both directions. The 40 minute journey was described as ‘chaotic, stressful and unpleasant’ by the Parliamentary Transport committee.. and I couldn‘t agree more.Infacrt, Focussing on the other side of the window is the healthiest thing you can do!
